Do I need technical or accounting knowledge?+
No. Enter the client's tax ID and the data fills in automatically from ANAF. Invoices are issued with one click. If you can use email, you can use Clientix.
Is my data safe?+
Yes. Data is stored encrypted in the cloud (PostgreSQL, servers in Europe), with automatic backups. Connections are SSL-protected. Each company's data is fully isolated — there is no link between accounts.
Is it compatible with ANAF e-Invoicing?+
Yes. Clientix generates XML files in UBL 2.1 / CIUS-RO format, the standard required by ANAF. On the Pro and Business plans you send directly to SPV via API, without ever entering the ANAF portal.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, with no minimum contract and no penalties. Cancel from your account in one click. Data stays available for 30 days after cancellation for export.
