FlotaKM is the complete solution for companies with GPS-monitored vehicles via Safe Fleet that need to separate personal (weekend) kilometres from business mileage. The app automatically imports xlsx exports from Safe Fleet, recognises vehicles and drivers, imports service invoices to distinguish business from personal km, and calculates the cost to recover from employees (rate × fuel price). Trip sheets per vehicle and per driver can be printed directly from the app. It runs offline — data stays on the company's computer, no server and no monthly subscription.
